Cancellation policy

Your appointments are very important to you and Color Theory Salon. We understand life happens and if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, to please provide a 24 hour notice. This allows us to adjust bookings and get to clients on our waiting list. We do also understand issues come up last minute and we will do our best to get you in at a different time. However, if last minute cancellations or no showing appointments become a habit, we will issue a cancellation fee.

No Show or No Calls will be charged 50% of the service amount.

We will continue to text, call, and/or email a confirmation of your scheduled appointment. Please be sure if these numbers or information change, we have your updated information.

LATE POLICY

We understand things happen to cause people to be late for an appointment. We will always try to get your service completed the same day but, this might require you to reschedule for a later date. Most stylists book just enough time per service and have other clients they cannot be late for.

We always appreciate every guests business and are grateful for understanding our policies.

GARANTEE/RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with a product or service you have received. Let us know as soon as possible. Services will be determined by management. Products can be returned for a salon credit up to 30 days after the product is purchased and product must be at least 90% full.
